What makes these simple skyrniki taste like a dessert from a luxury bakery? The secret lies in one ingredient that makes all the difference. We're talking, of course, about 100% Pistachio Paste from Good Noot .

This isn't just any ordinary pistachio cream. It's the essence of flavor—100% of the finest, carefully ground pistachios, with no additives. Its intense, naturally sweet flavor and velvety texture give any dessert a refined character. Adding it to the filling makes skyrniczki moist and aromatic, and using it as a topping is pure pistachio delight.

Recipe for fit pistachio skyrniczki

Prepare your cupcake liners and preheat your oven. These wonders practically make themselves!

Ingredients:

  • 450 g vanilla skyr

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 vanilla pudding without sugar (40 g)

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar (or erythritol)

  • 2 heaping tablespoons of pistachio paste 100% Only Pistachio from Good Noot

Additionally for decoration:

  • Only Pistachio 100% pistachio paste from Good Noot to spread on top

  • a handful of chopped pistachios for sprinkling

Preparation method:

  1. Prepare the filling: Place the skyr in a bowl. If you don't have vanilla, you can use natural skyr – then add a little more sweetener to taste. Beat in the eggs, custard powder, and vanilla sugar.

  2. Add pistachio paste: Add two heaping tablespoons of pistachio paste to the ingredients. This will give the whole thing an incredible flavor and color!

  3. Mix: Mix everything thoroughly with a kitchen whisk or mixer at low speed just until the ingredients combine into a smooth, uniform mass.

  4. Bake: Pour the batter into muffin cups (filling them almost to the top). Place in an oven preheated to 170°C and bake for about 40 minutes . The muffins will rise beautifully and then fall slightly – this is normal!

  5. Garnish: Once baked and slightly cooled, spread the top of each skyrnik with additional pistachio paste and sprinkle with chopped pistachios for crunch.
