Ingredients:

450 g vanilla skyr

2 eggs

1 vanilla pudding without sugar (40 g)

1 tablespoon vanilla sugar (or erythritol)

2 heaping tablespoons of pistachio paste 100% Only Pistachio from Good Noot
Additionally for decoration:

Preparation method:

Prepare the filling: Place the skyr in a bowl. If you don't have vanilla, you can use natural skyr – then add a little more sweetener to taste. Beat in the eggs, custard powder, and vanilla sugar.

Add pistachio paste: Add two heaping tablespoons of pistachio paste to the ingredients. This will give the whole thing an incredible flavor and color!

Mix: Mix everything thoroughly with a kitchen whisk or mixer at low speed just until the ingredients combine into a smooth, uniform mass.
