Return policy

For returning nut spreads and 100% Arabica coffee beans purchased on goodnoot.com

Nut Lover,

If you wish to return products purchased on goodnoot.com or the official Good Lood profile on Allegro, you should follow §6 of the GOOD NOOT online shop regulations, which we have posted here: https://goodnoot.com/policies/terms-of-service.

In this regard, please bear in mind the following rules:

  1. You can only return spreads or coffee if you have bought it as a consumer or as a trader acting under the rights of a consumer. If you purchased these products for business and professional purposes, for example, to use in your bar, restaurant, or coffee shop, you cannot return the goods.
  2. The return of the product must be preceded by a declaration of withdrawal from the contract of sale of the spread or coffee. The declaration of withdrawal should clearly state that you are canceling the purchase agreement (you do not have to give a reason) and include the order number and the account number to which we are to return the funds. It is important that you quote your order number so that we can more easily identify your order. When submitting your statement of withdrawal, you can use the template we have included below, under the Returns Policy, or the template that is attached to the Consumer Rights Act (it is also available here: https://prawakonsumenta.uokik.gov.pl/wzory-pism/).
  3. Please send an e-mail stating your declaration of withdrawal to the following e-mail address: goodnoot@goodlood.com. Posting this is sufficient to meet the 14-day deadline. You can also send this document by post or delivery to Good Noot ul. Elsnera 3, 31-311 Kraków.
  4. It is crucial that you withdraw from the contract of sale of the spread or coffee within 14 days of receiving the goods. After this deadline, you lose the right to withdraw.
  5. For health reasons, we do not accept the return of spreads and coffee bags that have been opened.
  6. Once you have completed the cancellation, you should return the goods together with proof of purchase such as the receipt, without delay, but no later than within 14 days of sending your declaration. The address for returns is as follows:

  1. In order to meet the deadline for the return, it is enough to send the goods within the period indicated in the preceding paragraph.
  2. You return the goods at your own expense, we do not accept cash on delivery.
  3. We will, as soon as we have received the goods from you within the specified period, after assessing if the products are unopened and undamaged, arrange a refund to the account number provided in the message. We will refund your payment using the same payment methods you used in the transaction unless you agree to a different solution that does not incur additional costs on our part. If you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest available from GOOD NOOT, we are not obliged to reimburse you for any additional costs incurred by you more than the cost of the least costly delivery method.
  4. If the goods you return are damaged or used, we shall be entitled to reduce the amount returned by the cost of the damaged or used goods or by the cost of bringing them to their working condition, or to deduct the cost thereof if this proves impossible.
