Recipe for Dubai Sockets
Perfect as a dessert with coffee or as a spectacular party snack. They look like they came from an expensive bakery, and you can make them in just a few moments.
Ingredients (for 6 pieces):

1 bar of dark chocolate (min. 60-70% cocoa)

1 cup kataifi dough (important: it must be already fried in butter/oil until golden brown to be crispy!)

6 heaped teaspoons of PISTACHIO cream from Good Noot 💚

Fresh raspberries for decoration (the acidity of the fruit perfectly balances the sweetness!)

Chopped pistachios for sprinkling
Preparation method:

Chocolate base: melt the dark chocolate broken into pieces in a water bath (a bowl over steaming water) or in a microwave.

Mixing: Add the fried, crispy, and crumbled kataifi dough to the melted chocolate. Mix thoroughly to coat each piece of dough in chocolate.

Forming the nests: Prepare silicone muffin cups. Spread the chocolate mixture on the bottom and sides of the cups, creating a cup/nest shape. Press down with a spoon to compact the mixture.

Cooling: Place the molds in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes until the chocolate has completely set and hardened.

Filling: Carefully remove the nests from the silicone molds. Place a generous teaspoon of PISTACHIO cream inside each one.

Decoration: place a fresh raspberry on top and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
