1 kg of cheese for cheesecake (good quality cottage cheese from a bucket)

1/2 cup sweetener (or more, according to your taste preferences)

2 packages of vanilla custard powder

Juice from 1/2 lemon

Biscuits (for the base)

Preparation method:

Prepare the eggs: Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the egg whites with a mixer until stiff peaks form.

Grinding the base: beat the egg yolks with the sweetener until light and fluffy.

To combine the mixture: add the custard powder, cheese, and lemon juice to the egg yolks. Mix until just combined.
