There are times when a chocolate craving just won't wait a minute longer. This recipe was created for just such moments – lightning-fast, incredibly simple, and utterly addictive. The recipe was created by our Nut Lover Gabriela (IG: @pszczolka.gotuje ), who knows all too well that sometimes you just have to grab some ripe bananas, hazelnut spread, and cocoa powder and… take action.
This brownie doesn't need flour, a mixer, or fancy ingredients.
You only need three things: two ripe bananas, two eggs, and a few tablespoons of Choconoot® hazelnut and cocoa spread. If you prefer, you can use a sugar-free spread. Choconoot® is free from palm oil, preservatives, and artificial colors.
INGREDIENTS (for 2 small molds, approx. 10 cm):
2 ripe bananas
2 eggs
3–4 tablespoons Choconoot® Good Noot
Preparation method:
Mash the bananas with a fork, add the eggs and cream – I use 3-4 tablespoons, but you can add more if you want a stronger nutty flavor. Mix everything well, pour into small molds (preferably around 10 cm in diameter), and place in an airfryer preheated to 160°C. Just 18-20 minutes and you'll have a dessert ready that smells like the middle of a Cretan vacation.
Once cooled slightly, spread another layer of Choconoot® cream over the top. You can add banana slices, chopped hazelnuts, or dust everything with cocoa powder. But even without any additions, this cake stands on its own – moist, chocolatey, with a creamy hazelnut flavor and a distinct cocoa aroma.
Delicious hazelnut and cocoa cream without palm oil
It is worth emphasizing that Choconoot® cream is more than just a regular sandwich spread, it is available in 350 g and 330 g jars (version without added sugar) and honestly, it is worth always having one in the cupboard, because it is useful not only for pancakes or toast, but also for such quick baking.
This recipe proves that dessert can be simple, quick, and intensely nutty and cocoa-flavored all at once . And that hazelnut spread works great not only in classic breakfasts but also as a secret ingredient for any kitchen craving.
Make it, try it and see for yourself how little it takes to prepare something delicious.
