70 ml boiling water

Strawberry layer:

200g fresh strawberries
1 tablespoon powdered sugar or xylitol
2 tablespoons of strawberry jelly powder

Preparation method:

1. Bottom:
Grind the biscuits into sand in a food processor, then combine thoroughly with the Peanoot Butter. A sticky mass with an intense, natural nutty flavor will form. Divide it into silicone muffin molds and carefully shape the bases, pressing lightly. Put in the refrigerator.

2. Cheese mass:

4. Finish:
Before serving, garnish each serving with fresh strawberries. Gently remove the mini cheesecakes from the molds – flexible silicone molds work best.
