Ingredients for Baba Yaga's Cottage with Choconoot® Hazelnut and Cocoa Cream

Ingredients:
- 48 biscuits
- 1 kg of cottage cheese - I used 500 g of semi-fat cottage cheese in cubes and 500 g of cottage cheese from a bucket
- 120 g powdered sugar
- 200 g soft butter
- 2 heaped tablespoons of cocoa
- 3 tablespoons of Choconoot® hazelnut and cocoa cream


Icing:
- 80 g milk chocolate
- 80 g dark chocolate
- 60 ml of cream 30%
- a handful of almond flakes

How to make Baba Yaga's Hut step by step:

1. Prepare the cheese mass:
In a bowl, cream the soft butter with the icing sugar. Add the cottage cheese and mix until smooth. Transfer 1/3 of the mixture to a separate bowl and add the cocoa – mix again.

2. Arrange the biscuits
Lay out two large pieces of aluminum foil on the counter. Arrange half of the biscuits – 8 rows of 3 (24 biscuits). Spread the cocoa mass evenly. Place another layer of biscuits on top (another 24 biscuits), then spread the white cheese mass.

3. Spread the hazelnut and cocoa filling
Spread 3 tablespoons of Choconoot® cream onto the center of the white mass – preferably using a spoon or silicone spatula.

4. Assemble the hut
Using foil, gently join the side biscuits to the center, forming a characteristic triangular house. Wrap the whole thing tightly in foil and put it in the fridge – preferably overnight.

5. Prepare the icing
Melt the milk and dark chocolate with the cream in a water bath. Pour it over the cooled cake, spread it all over and sprinkle with almond flakes.

6. Done! Serve this dessert to your family
Serving suggestion – you can cut the cake in half and serve it on two plates – it will look even more spectacular!
