How to make homemade chocolate Dubai style?

In addition to the ingredients, you will also need a silicone chocolate mold for better results. If you don't have access to such a mold, look for a container similar in shape to a chocolate bar and line it with baking paper or cling film to make it easier to remove the finished Dubai chocolate.

Dubai Chocolate – Recipe

Ingredients:

– 200g good quality chocolate (milk, dark, white or vegan)

– 160g kataifi dough (or chopped filo dough)

– 200g of Pistachio cream from Good Noot

– 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional, for better consistency)

- Chopped pistachios for decoration (about 40g)

Preparation method:

1. Melt half of the chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave, stir until smooth (optionally add a teaspoon of coconut oil). Depending on the size of the container, you may need more chocolate. It is important that the entire filling is thoroughly covered with melted chocolate - this will affect the final effect. Pour the melted chocolate into the prepared mold (one or two layers) and cool in the refrigerator.

2. Reach for ready-made kadayıf pastry – crispy, golden threads or make your own – reach for filo pastry, widely available in supermarkets (cut the filo pastry and fry it in butter or vegetable fat until golden brown and crispy). Then add Good Noot Pistachio cream and mix thoroughly to combine the ingredients.

3. Melt the second part of the chocolate, which will help you achieve the final result – the viral Dubai Chocolate.

4. Spread the prepared filling of kataifi pastry and pistachio cream evenly over the chocolate base, level everything in the tin and pour melted chocolate over it. If you like, sprinkle the chocolate base with chopped pistachios.

5. Place the homemade Dubai chocolate in the fridge for about 1-2 hours until completely set.

After taking it out of the fridge, break the chocolate in the characteristic way – in half and see how richly filled it is. Now all that is left is to taste it and see how the magic happens! Every bite of Dubai chocolate crunches, tastes amazingly pistachio, and the chocolate melts in your mouth.
