The secret to Fudgy Brownie without added sugar? Our cream!
How is it possible for a cake without flour and sugar to be so moist and delicious? The secret lies in two ingredients: pumpkin purée, which adds a velvety texture and moisture, and our cream. Choconoot® No Added Sugar !
It's the star here. This artisanal hazelnut and cocoa cream replaces traditional fats (like butter) and all the sugar in this recipe. It gives the cake an incredible depth, a nutty, chocolatey flavor, and a perfectly fudgy and dense consistency. It's your best ally in healthy baking!
Pumpkin Brownie Recipe in Fit Version
Prepare a baking tin (e.g. a cake tin or a small square pan) and get ready for the easiest brownie in the world.
Ingredients:
-
1 cup pumpkin puree (baked or cooked)
-
1/2 cup of cocoa
-
2 eggs
-
1/2 cup of Choconoot® Sugar-Free Spread from Good Noot
-
1/4 cup erythritol or xylitol (you can add more if you like it sweeter)
-
Optional: Sugar-free chocolate drops on top
How to make it:
-
Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection) . Line a baking tin with baking paper.
-
Combine ingredients: Place all ingredients in a bowl: pumpkin puree, cocoa powder, eggs, Choconoot® Sugar-Free Cream and erythritol.
-
Mix: Blend everything with a blender or mix vigorously with a kitchen whisk until smooth and uniform.
-
Pour into the pan: Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Sprinkle with chocolate drops, if desired.
-
Bake: Place in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes . Check with a toothpick – it should come out clean (although brownies are always slightly moist, but there shouldn't be any raw batter on them).
-
Cooling: Let cool completely! This is important – the brownie will be very delicate after taking it out of the oven and needs to be firm.
It tastes best after a few hours in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
