INGREDIENTS:

50ml warm milk
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of flour
15g fresh yeast
Cake:
200g light spelt flour
50g xylitol
1 egg
50g butter
3 tablespoons of Choconoot® cream without added sugar
icing sugar
Preparation method:
1. Mix warm milk with sugar, yeast and flour and leave the mixture for 15 minutes to rise.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the sifted flour, xylitol, melted butter, egg and risen starter. Then knead the dough until it stops sticking to your hands. Cover the bowl with a cloth and leave to rise in a warm place for about an hour.
3. After this time, knead the dough again and divide into 6 equal parts. Shape each part into a ball, leave to rise again for about 20 minutes and bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for about 17 minutes.
4. Cool the doughnuts and cut the bottom with a knife. Transfer the Choconoot® cream to a piping bag and fill the doughnuts with it. Sprinkle the top with powdered sugar.
