A sweet carrot dessert? It sounds surprising, but it's an absolute hit! 😍
Delicate carrot purée gives the mousse a velvety texture and natural sweetness, which, combined with dark chocolate, creates a unique flavor. The whole thing is topped with Good Noot's crunchy Hazelnut Crunchy cream – crunchy, full of nutty depth, and without unnecessary additives.

Ingredients (for 2 servings):

1 medium carrot
1 bar of dark chocolate (I used one with hazelnut pieces, but regular chocolate will work too)
2 teaspoons of Hazelnut Crunchy Good Noot hazelnut spread for garnish
a handful of fresh raspberries for decoration

Preparation method:

Step 1. Prepare the carrots: Peel the carrots, cut them into pieces, and cook until soft (about 10–15 minutes). Then blend thoroughly into a smooth purée.

Step 2. Chocolate Magic: Add the chocolate broken into pieces to the still-hot purée. Stir until melted and a velvety mousse forms.

Step 3. Serving the dessert: Pour the finished mousse into bowls or dessert glasses. Set aside for a few minutes to set slightly.

Step 4. Nutty finish: place a dollop of *Hazelnoot Crunchy Good Noot* on top – its crunchy texture contrasts perfectly with the smooth mousse, and the intense hazelnut flavor will enhance the whole thing.

Step 5. Decoration: Garnish with fresh raspberries or other seasonal fruit.
