Nutty shell with Peanoot Butter by Good Noot
In this recipe, the most important ingredient is our Peanoot Butter by Good Noot. It's 100% roasted peanuts with a clean composition, no salt, palm oil, or sugar. It gives the mixture an ideal thick consistency and a deep, natural nutty flavor that perfectly complements the crunchy hazelnut in the center and the chocolate on top.
Praline Recipe (approx. 15 pieces)
Ingredients:
-
4 level tablespoons of Peanoot Butter by Good Noot
-
3 tablespoons of liquid coconut oil
-
1 tablespoon of powdered sugar or ground xylitol
-
15 hazelnuts
-
15 g of chocolate (dark or milk, as preferred)
Step-by-step instructions:
-
Prepare the mixture: In a bowl, thoroughly mix the Peanoot Butter, liquid coconut oil, and powdered sugar (or xylitol) until you get a smooth, uniform mass, which will form a delicious shell.
-
Form the pralines: Pour the mixture into silicone praline or ice cube molds.
-
Nutty heart: Place one hazelnut in the center of each portion of the mixture, gently pressing it down so that it is in the very middle.
-
Chill: Place the molds in the freezer until the pralines are completely firm.
-
Decorate: Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Decorate the top of the firm pralines with melted chocolate using a spoon or fork.
-
Finish: Place back in the freezer for a few minutes to allow the chocolate to harden.
Done, enjoy!
