  • Wafer sheet (sugar-free version)

Ingredients for the crunchy coating:

  • 90 g sugar-free milk chocolate

  • 5 g coconut oil

  • 10 g dark chocolate (for decoration)

Step-by-step preparation:

  1. Velvety nut cream: thoroughly mix the cream cheese with Hazelnut Paste 100% ONLY HAZELNUT and ground sweetener until smooth.

  2. Forming the core: transfer the mixture into elongated molds with indentations (a plastic chocolate box with round or semi-circular compartments will work perfectly) and place in the freezer for several hours until the filling is completely frozen.

  3. Assembling the bars: remove the deeply frozen filling from the molds. Cut the wafer sheet into strips to match the width of the filling. Place a portion of the frozen cream (e.g., 4 joined circles) on each wafer strip.

  4. Chocolate bath: melt the milk chocolate in a double boiler with coconut oil. When the glaze has cooled slightly (but is still liquid), carefully pour it over the top and sides of the bars. Place in the freezer to set.
