Ingredients for 2 servings:

8 pieces of Lotus cream cookies* (6 for the filling + 2 for decoration)
400 g natural cheese (e.g. cream cheese or Philadelphia cheese)
1 tablespoon of powdered sugar
200 g fresh strawberries
40 g Peanoot Butter

Preparation method:

Step 1. Prepare the cookie base. Blend the Lotus cookies in a food processor or crush them with a rolling pin in a bag. Set aside 2 cookies for decoration, and use the rest to make a fine crumble. Set aside about 1 tablespoon for the top of the dessert.

Step 2. Prepare the cheese mixture. Mix the natural cheese with 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar thoroughly, either by hand or with a mixer, until smooth and fluffy.

Step 3. Slice the strawberries. Wash, dry, and finely dice the strawberries. If you like, you can lightly sprinkle them with sugar and set aside for a few minutes – they will release their juices and develop even more flavor.

Step 4. Arrange the dessert in glasses. In clear glasses or cups, arrange:

– a layer of crushed Lotus cookies,
– half of the cheese mass,
– a layer of strawberries,
– the other half of the cheese.
