Meet the Star of the Recipe: Choco & Peanoot Crunchy Cream

The secret that takes this simple recipe to the next level is our absolute innovation: Choco & Peanoot Crunchy cream from Good Noot This isn't just any ordinary spread. It's every nut lover's dream come true. We've combined a velvety, roasted peanut spread with melt-in-your-mouth dark chocolate AND, most importantly, crunchy peanut pieces!

Each spoonful is a perfect balance of flavors and addictive crunch. It's this texture that creates a unique layer in the cake that surprises with every bite. Although, as Ania admits, this cream is "truly heaven" and is also perfect for pancakes, oatmeal, or straight from the jar!

Recipe for "No-Bake Nut Cloud"

Prepare your baking tray and get ready for the simplest and most delicious cake of your life!

Ingredients:

  • 300 g biscuits (e.g. butter or cocoa)

  • 250g Choco & Peanoot Crunchy cream from Good Noot (half a jar of pure pleasure!)

  • 400 ml of cold cream 30%

  • 500 g cold mascarpone cheese

  • 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar

  • 1 pack of cream fix

  • 300 g thick cherry or currant jam

  • Roasted peanuts without salt and grated chocolate for decoration

Preparation method:

  1. Prepare the frosting: In a large bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and heavy cream. Beat with a mixer at high speed until thick and fluffy.

  2. Start layering: Line the bottom of a baking tray (e.g., 20x30 cm) with baking paper. Place the first, even layer of biscuits on it.

  3. Cream layer: Pour about 2/3 of the prepared cream mixture onto the biscuits and spread evenly.

  4. Another layer of biscuits: Cover the mixture with a second layer of biscuits.

  5. Crunchy Cake Heart: Now it's time for the star! Spread the Choco & Peanut Crunchy cream all over the biscuits. Gently spread it evenly over the entire surface.

  6. Next layer: Place a third layer of biscuits and spread cherry jam evenly over it.

  7. Finish: Spread the remaining 1/3 of the cream mixture over the jam layer. Sprinkle the top generously with roasted peanuts and grated chocolate.

  8. Chilling Time: Refrigerate the cake for a few hours, preferably overnight. This is crucial for the flavors to meld and for the cake to slice perfectly.

We invite you to try a piece of this "gold"! The hungry are all in, how about you? We can't wait!
