This combination of buttery pastry, thick pistachio cream and pieces of chocolate and pistachios – in our opinion, it's a real treat. The best part? The recipe is ridiculously simple, and the effect is simply amazing!

INGREDIENTS (for 10 pieces):
120 g butter
1/2 cup of sugar
1 egg
1.5 cups of wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
40 g dark chocolate
30 g pistachios
10 teaspoons of Pistachio Good Noot cream
Preparation method:
Step 1.
Melt the butter and cream it with the sugar. Add the egg and beat with a whisk for a while.
Step 2.
Add the sifted flour and baking powder and mix until smooth.
Step 3.
Add the chopped chocolate and pistachios and refrigerate the dough for an hour.
Step 4.
On a baking sheet, form 10 disks of Pistachio Good Noot (1 teaspoon each). Place in the freezer for about an hour.
Step 5.
After the time has passed, take a larger spoonful of the cooled dough, flatten the dough in your hands, place a disk of frozen pistachio cream in the middle and stick the edges together to form balls. Place the balls on baking paper, leaving some space between them, and put them back in the fridge for half an hour. Bake the cookies in an oven preheated to 200 °C for 15 minutes.
