An iced yogurt bar, also known as a frozen yogurt bar, is one of those recipes that can be prepared in minutes, and the end result is astonishing both in appearance and taste. This dessert is a great alternative to classic sweets – it's light, refreshing, and contains no added sugar.
In this version, a recipe from our Nut Lover Anna (IG: dietana_anna_blaszak), the base is plain yogurt or skyr, enriched with two sugar-free nut spreads: Pistachio Sugar-Free and Choconoot® Sugar-Free Hazelnut-Cocoa Spread from Good Noot. Fresh raspberries complement the whole, providing a delicate tartness and balancing the nutty sweetness.
INGREDIENTS
200 g natural yogurt or skyr (thick yogurt works best)
2 teaspoons of sugar-free pistachio cream from Good Noot
2 teaspoons of Choconoot® Sugar-Free Spread from Good Noot
a handful of fresh raspberries
baking paper
Preparation method:
Step 1. Spread a sheet of baking paper on a board or flat tray.
Step 2. Spread the yogurt evenly on the paper, creating a rectangle about 0.5–1 cm thick.
Step 3. Spread 2 teaspoons each of Pistachio and Choconoot® creams on top of the yogurt. You can apply them in small dots in various places.
Step 4. Using a skewer or the end of a spoon, gently drag it through the creams and yogurt, creating a marbled pattern.
Step 5. Finally, add the raspberries – pressing them in gently so that they do not fall off after freezing.
Step 6. Place the pane in the freezer for at least 3 hours until completely set.
Step 7. After removing from the freezer, peel the sheet from the paper and break it into smaller pieces.
Tips:
- If you use skyr, the cake will be creamier and more filling – perfect as a quick protein snack.
- Good Noot's Pistachio Cream contains natural fats from pistachio nuts, without unnecessary additives and sugar – it goes perfectly with sour yogurt.
- This version of Choconoot® is a hazelnut and cocoa cream with no added sugar, which resembles the taste of classic chocolate creams, but in a much lighter version.
