Bottom:
- 100g milk chocolate
- 2 cups of cornflakes
Filling:
- 100g Greek yogurt
- 60g Choconoot® hazelnut and cocoa cream
Additionally:
- Chocolate eggs for decoration
Preparation method:
1. Melt the chocolate – melt 100g of milk chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave until smooth.
2. Prepare the cornflakes – lightly break the cornflakes into smaller pieces. Mix them thoroughly with the melted chocolate until combined.
3. Forming nests – place the chocolate-corn mixture on the bottom of silicone muffin cups, press the center with a glass, for example, to create a nest-shaped cavity. Then place in the freezer for at least 20 minutes to harden the bottoms.
4. Prepare the filling – in the meantime, mix the Greek yogurt with the Choconoot® hazelnut and cocoa cream until smooth and fluffy. This filling will be perfect for the chocolate nests.
5. Fill the nests – spread the Choconoot® cream with yogurt on the hardened bases, forming small " sockets " .
