Recipe for crispy rolls with feta cheese
Turn on the air fryer (or oven) and get ready for the easiest and most impressive snack of the season!
Ingredients:

Feta cheese (or hard feta-type salad cheese)

Honey (preferably liquid)

A few sheets of filo pastry
Preparation method:

Unroll the filo pastry sheet. Place a strip of feta cheese on one edge.

Drizzle the cheese generously with honey and, of course, our hazelnut spread. Be generous – these ingredients create the magical, creamy interior!

Roll the dough into a tight roll. Then, using a sharp knife, cut it into smaller, neat portions (e.g., 3-4 pieces).

Place the pieces in silicone muffin cups (this will help them hold their shape and prevent the juices from leaking out) or on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Bake in the airfryer for about 10-12 minutes at 180°C .
