There are desserts that take literally minutes to prepare, yet the end result resembles the most refined café dishes. This pudding is a perfect example of the balance between a creamy banana-yogurt base and a hint of cocoa. Chia seeds give the dessert a density that's pleasantly satisfying and long-lasting.
The recipe was prepared by our nut lover and dietitian, Anna Błaszak ( @dietana_anna_blaszak) , who made sure that the sweet snack was both substantial and nutritious.

Chocolate pleasure without added sugar
The key element of this dessert is its finishing touch. A dollop of our Choconoot® Sugar-Free Cream is added to the top of the pudding. This combination of hazelnuts and cocoa contains no added sugar, so you can enjoy the rich flavor of chocolate without feeling guilty. The cream contrasts perfectly with the natural sweetness of the banana and the coolness of the yogurt.
