If you love chocolate and want to experience a taste inspired by the trendy combination straight from Dubai, this recipe for Dubai chocolate is for you! In this article, we will show you how to make unique Dubai chocolate in the form of bars.
INGREDIENTS:
150g of milk chocolate without added sugar or half milk and half dark
1 tablespoon coconut oil
330g Pistachio cream without added sugar
1 cup ready-made kataifi dough
Preparation method:
Melt the chocolate with coconut oil in a water bath. Combine the sugar-free pistachio cream with the kataifi dough (also spelled kadayif, it's nothing more than tiny filo pastry strands).
Tip: If you can't find ready-made kataifi dough, cut some filo dough into strips as finely as you can, which you can find in the supermarket, for example, and fry them in butter or vegetable fat.
Pour about 2 teaspoons of melted chocolate into a silicone mold for bars, spread and place in the freezer to set - repeat to create 2 thin layers of chocolate, then place the crunchy, pistachio filling in the middle. Cover the top of the bars with another layer of chocolate and place the whole thing in the refrigerator to set.
If you don't have a candy bar mold, you can successfully use another mold that you have at home - preferably a silicone one, then you can easily remove the finished Dubai chocolate from the mold. If you only have a baking mold, then line it with baking paper or cling film in advance to make the process of removing the crispy Dubai chocolate easier.
Ready, enjoy!
